Mike Esslie was highly recommended by my experienced realtor who does all her real estate title work with him. I found him to be very professional and helpful, his fees were reasonable and I always felt that he gave me more than he charged me for. The work was done quickly, he followed up on all the details and solved a few sticky problems to make sure we closed on time. Recently I worked with Mike on a difficult tenant issue and he provided excellent guidance and advice despite the fact he was leaving on vacation the next day.
